▪ Guaranteed to be rebuilt using Kubota genuine parts giving performance and service life comparable to that of a new Kubota Engine.

▪  Each worn engine is selected, completely dismantled and thoroughly cleaned. They are then internally machined to the finest tolerances. All internal parts are reworked or replaced. The resulting engine is guaranteed to provide the same high standard of service and reliability as its original specification.

▪ Finally the engine is completely reassembled by highly skilled engineers, all critical limits and fits are measured and recorded during the build. On completion of the assembly the engine is installed on our dynamometer, initially the engine is run up over 30 minutes with light load at a moderate speed. After the initial run period is completed the Cylinder Head is retorqued and the valve clearances are measured, readjusted if required. The engine is again run up, a specific load and speed is applied over the next stage of testing. Once the engine has been run in the engine is subjected to at least 75% load and speed over the next few hours. Finally the engine is reaching the end of the test and probably the most critical portion of the test cycle. The engine is run at the rated speed and load . Where the torque power, temperature and most importantly exhaust-emissions are carefully monitored and recorded. The test then takes a twist… The engine is subjected to 110% load at the rated speed for a few minutes. On completion of testing the engine is painted into original Kubota livery and prepared for dispatch. The engine build and test details are recorded for file and can be retrieved years
